¹⁾The next stage/round of recruitment will be announced only if the number of places in the first stage of recruitment is not filled.

²⁾Candidates with Polish citizenship who hold a foreign secondary school leaving examination, the IB secondary school leaving examination or the EB secondary school leaving examination, post scans of the required documents in the IRK system.

³⁾The dates for announcing subsequent lists of people qualified for admission depend on the moment the admission limit is met. Further possible dates for announcing the lists of qualified persons not included in the table above will be set only if the quota of places is not met and notified to the candidates remaining on the reserve list.

⁴⁾In the case of persons applying for admission to the medical field of study, it is not possible to submit documents by post, courier or in any other way than in person. The date of receipt of documents by the Recruitment Committee is decisive.

Application fee

The fee for the procedure related to admission to studies at UwS is PLN 85 for each selected field of study at a given level of study. The amount of the recruitment fee is calculated by the IRK system after the candidate selects the field of study.
During registration in the IRK system, the system will generate an individual bank account number for each candidate.
The application fee must be paid in advance in order to be credited to the UwS account - no later than the last day of registration for a given field of study. It is recommended for payments to be made by transfer via systems that guarantee quick flow of funds, e.g. interbank settlements, from bank accounts.
After the application fee has been transferred to the UwS account, a confirmation of payment will appear on the candidate's individual registration account. If such information does not appear after approximately four business days from the date of its receipt, the candidate should contact the Study Organization Department.
After receiving information about the payment of the fee to the candidate's personal registration account, he or she is obliged to check the setting of priorities for assigning the fee to the field of study or set them himself by the date by which the fee for a given field of study must be credited.
The candidate is entitled to a refund of the fee in case of:
- invalid registration (including failure to register for a field of study, payment of the fee after the deadline, negative result of the secondary school leaving examination);
- registration for fewer fields of study than indicated in the fee paid;
- failure to launch the course due to too few candidates.
The decision on the refund of the application fee is made by the Vice-Rector for Studies after the recruitment process is completed, based on the application submitted by the candidate.

¹⁾Candidates with a foreign diploma are obliged to upload scans of the required documents in the IRK system.
